For us, this means that our Policy Administration employees are right here in our Albuquerque office, ready to provide you with world-class service. We will never transfer your call to a call center in another state or another country. With one call, we strive to answer all your inquiries and assist you with all your needs.

A Certificate of Insurance may be obtained by contacting your agent. If you need your agent’s contact information please call our Service Center for assistance.

Call the Builders Trust Service Center and asked to speak with the Audit Manager. He will discuss with you the scope of work being performed to ensure that it is properly classified. Once your policy is endorsed to reflect your new class code you can begin using it. Be sure no payroll for you new class code is entered into an existing class code, as that could create an overpayment or underpayment.
