For us, this means that our Policy Administration employees are right here in our Albuquerque office, ready to provide you with world-class service. Frequently Asked Questions
A request for Loss Runs is common for our service center. Each week we also field several calls regarding questions about billing, as well as payroll processing. Policy Administration staff is ready to assist you.
A Certificate of Insurance may be obtained by contacting your agent. If you need your agent’s contact information please call our Service Center for assistance.
Call the Builders Trust Service Center and asked to speak with the Audit Manager. He will discuss with you the scope of work being performed to ensure that it is properly classified. Once your policy is endorsed to reflect your new class code you can begin using it. Be sure no payroll for you new class code is entered into an existing class code, as that could create an overpayment or underpayment.
I just received an email reminder that my payment is due on the 10th of the month and the payment isn’t due until the 15th, why is that?
A friendly email reminder is sent out to ensure payment is received by the 15th, that so you can take advantage of our 2.5% Prompt Pay Discount.

Of course, you are more than welcome to call and verify receipt of payment anytime, but you can also verify the most recent and up-to-date account information by signing on to Builders Trust Online program – BT PAL.

Our Policy Admin Team can process new applications, ownership changes, cancellations, rescissions, and reinstatements.
