The Builders Trust Board of Trustees approved a rate decrease of 5% for 2025. This represents an average decrease across all class codes of 5% with four class codes increasing and all others decreasing or staying the same.

Builders Trust urges you to take precautions during summer heat to avoid dangerous heat exhaustion and heat stroke among your employees.

The clock has rolled over into 2024 and here at Builders Trust we continue to work to make sure you, our Participant, has the most valuable workers’ compensation policy in the business. Over the years we have strived to be the best and most valuable workers’ compensation program for New Mexico contractors. As shown in our Mission Statement and Core Values on page four, nothing about that has changed.

Falls are on the Rise - Builders Trust is on pace to have 54 fall injuries for 2023.  Though a very avoidable accident, more and more workers are being injured due to falls.

For Builders Trust 2023 starts with yet another innovative solution for you. We are really excited to announce our soon to be released safety app! This is a project two years in the making and we are very pleased with what we have developed.
